OGU Introduces Gymnastics to the Solomon Islands

Earlier this month, GfA & Parkour coach Caedyn Hardy travelled from Sydney to Honiara in the Solomon Islands to run an introduction to gymnastics program. Primarily targeted at coaches, Hardy delivered a series of workshops about coaching entry level gymnastics and practical steps to establish a gymnastics program. The workshops were held at the Solomon Islands Institute of Sport (SINIS) and nearby community areas. Sam Carr, SINIS Strength Coach, commented that "the coaches are thoroughly enjoying his [Hardy's] sessions and are already expressing interest in developing our gymnastics programs further".
