Born on the streets of Paris in the 1980s, Parkour is the art of getting from one point to another fluidly and with efficiency. Parkour was developed as a physical training method but over time it has evolved and inspired diverse sporting events, action movies, and video games.

Parkour can be done anywhere, by anyone. Our world is full of obstacles and challenges if you think creatively. We share our adventures on social media – #OGUParkour.

In FIG competitions, a unique course is created with a variety of blocks, walls, and bars designed to mirror the different obstacles found in urban areas. To overcome them, athletes must run, jump, vault, and balance, showing both speed and skill.
